26-28 Juli: Throwing Technique and Structured Surfaces with José Mariscal

In this three-day workshop, you have the opportunity to learn from the fantastically charming, endlessly patient, and experienced instructor José Mariscal. His technique is very different from what we are accustomed to, but once you grasp the ‘ins and outs’, you’ll throw more easily and efficiently than ever before.

On top of that, José will demonstrate various finishing techniques to bring more texture and variety to your work.

This masterclass takes place during ‘The Great Ceramics Summer’ in Duffel. e work outdoors under a luxurious stretch tent while enjoying the beautiful green surroundings. We also have lunch outdoors. required experience: For (lightly) advanced potters. Beginning potters may find it challenging to grasp the advanced techniques.
